Im an adventure motorcyclist and there\'s not many lighters which are windproof and hold a decent amount of gas so I say Turboflame is ideal. The locking feature is definitely a bonus for soldering broken sensor wires, heating seized nuts and bolts and warming keys in extreme weather conditions. Oh! if you fall off your bike, you can save the broken part, like the brake pedal, by applying a little heat and bending it back instead of snapping it off.

As an airsofter, I use my Turbo2 to light handheld pyrotechnics. I have seen lighters fail in rain and high winds, but my Turbo2 has never let me down. It also works brilliantly for shrinkwrapping my electrical builds. It doesn\'t leave any carbon residue. Excellent item

The Phoenix is an excellent peice of kit, not only providing the excellent Jet flame seen throughout Turboflames Products, the filament that covers the flame outlet creates a candlelight strengh glow, giving it the capability to heat, but to light as well!
