Cancellation and Returns
Any discrepancies with regard to goods delivered by way of quantity shortages, condition of packaging or product defects must be advised via email within 24 hours of receiving the goods and thereafter returned within 7 days of our return email advising acceptance of the claim. Otherwise we will not accept any liability for the claimed shortages, damages or defects.
If you would like to cancel your order for products that you have received and return them, you may return them after sending us an email and receive a confirmation email from us in return. Sending any return item will be at your own cost and must be done within 7 working days from the day after receiving our confirmation email as noted above (you need to enclose a copy of your product order confirmation/receipt and your reasons for returning the product). In case our point of sale prices on the web site are shown to include delivery charges, the cost of our delivery will be deducted from the net products prices for refund.
The cancellation policy detailed above will not apply if the fault arises from fair wear and tear in our reasonable opinion, deliberate damage, accidental damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, misuse or alteration or repair of the goods without our approval.
You will be responsible for meeting the costs of returning products to us unless the products are faulty or we have provided substitute products (the original products ordered having become unavailable). In case of faulty goods we must be informed via email within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. We shall inform you via return email regarding replacements.
None of this affects your rights to claim for defective or faulty goods or workmanship under our Warranty terms posted on the web site as well as the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) or the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982.
In addition to the above terms, the following are the summary of returns and cancellation policy
All cost for returns are at the customer’s expense unless the goods are returned within seven working days from receipt of goods.
We ask you to check all deliveries for signs of damage before you sign for them. If you can see that they are damaged, do not sign for them and contact us immediately. We will arrange for your order to be re-dispatched.
If you discover that goods are faulty after you have signed for them, please notify us by email within 24 hours of receiving them and quote your Order Number and product descriptions and state your reason for return. You can then return the goods in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving our email advising you regarding the said return. Pending our inspection and verification that goods are faulty, we will contact you to offer a full refund, replacement or exchange.
If you wish to return goods that are not faulty, you may do so only by notifying us first by email within 24 hours of receiving them and quote your Order Number and product descriptions and state your reason for return. You can then return the goods in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving our confirmation email. The reason for return must be stated in your initial correspondence to us. Goods must be in their original packaging and in an unused, resalable condition.
We suggest using registered post to send your goods back to us to ensure that they arrive safely.
