Turboflame ® warrants mechanical parts to be free from defects under normal use. Warranty excludes damage resulting from misuse, tampering and abuse (eg; placing lighter tip on cigarette or other item). See FAQ’s on lighter maintenance and instruction leaflet distributed with each lighter sold.
Warranty does not apply to outer finish of product. It is recommended to keep product in a protective case to avoid scratches from coins/keys etc.
Proof of purchase plus the original warranty card are both required to effect service under this warranty.
Goods will be exchanged for like if an exact replacement cannot be made.

Within the EU countries, if no Turboflame ® dealer is available, Turboflame ® UK shall cover the cost of returning the goods to customers.
